How Unsubscribing Works

We use a secure token-based system to process unsubscribe requests. Here's how it works:

Method 1: Click the Personalized Link (Recommended)

Every marketing email we send includes a personalized unsubscribe link at the bottom. When you click it:

  1. You're taken to a confirmation page specific to your email address
  2. Your unsubscribe request is processed immediately
  3. Your email is added to our suppression list
  4. Any active email sequences are canceled for your address

This is the fastest and most reliable way to unsubscribe.

Method 2: Reply to Any Email

You can also unsubscribe by replying to any email from us with one of these keywords:

  • unsubscribe
  • stop
  • remove me
  • opt out
  • no more emails
  • spam

Our system will process your request automatically.

Method 3: Email Us Directly

Send an email to unsubscribe@zuvlio.com from the email address you wish to unsubscribe. Include "unsubscribe" in the subject line.

What Happens When You Unsubscribe
