The fastest way to unsubscribe is to use the personalized unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email from Zuvlio. Each link is unique to your email address and will immediately process your request.

How Unsubscribing Works

We use a secure token-based system to process unsubscribe requests. Here's how it works:

Method 1: Click the Personalized Link (Recommended)

Every marketing email we send includes a personalized unsubscribe link at the bottom. When you click it:

  1. You're taken to a confirmation page specific to your email address
  2. Your unsubscribe request is processed immediately
  3. Your email is added to our suppression list
  4. Any active email sequences are canceled for your address

This is the fastest and most reliable way to unsubscribe.

Method 2: Reply to Any Email

You can also unsubscribe by replying to any email from us with one of these keywords:

  • unsubscribe
  • stop
  • remove me
  • opt out
  • no more emails
  • spam

Our system will process your request automatically.

Method 3: Email Us Directly

Send an email to unsubscribe@zuvlio.com from the email address you wish to unsubscribe. Include "unsubscribe" in the subject line.

Why We Use Personalized Links

Our unsubscribe system uses encrypted tokens for security reasons:

  • Privacy Protection: Tokens prevent unauthorized parties from unsubscribing other people's email addresses
  • Abuse Prevention: Encryption prevents malicious actors from gaming the system
  • RFC 8058 Compliance: Our system supports one-click unsubscribe for compatible email clients
  • Reliable Processing: Tokens ensure your request is processed accurately

What Happens When You Unsubscribe

When your unsubscribe request is processed, the following actions are taken:

  • Your email address is added to our suppression list
  • Your contact status is updated to "unsubscribed"
  • All active email sequences for your address are canceled
  • You will no longer receive marketing emails from Zuvlio

Important Notes

  • Processing Time: Unsubscribe requests are processed immediately for personalized links. Other methods may take up to 10 business days.
  • Transactional Emails: Unsubscribing from marketing emails does not affect transactional emails related to any pending loan requests.
  • Partner Communications: If you've received communications from our partners, you'll need to unsubscribe from them separately using their own unsubscribe mechanisms.

The token in your personalized link:

  • Is uniquely generated for your email address
