We are not responsible for the actions, products, or services of third-party lenders.

  3. Class Action Waiver: You agree to resolve disputes individually and waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
