When you submit a request through Zuvlio and provide your consent, you may receive communications through the following channels:

  • Your loan request status
  • Offers from lenders in our network
  • Other financial products and services we think may interest you
  • Updates about our service

Phone Calls and Text Messages (SMS)

If you provide consent during the application process, we and our marketing partners may contact you via:

  • Phone calls (including calls using automated dialing technology)
  • Text messages (SMS/MMS)

These calls and texts may be for marketing purposes and may be sent using automated technology. Standard message and data rates may apply.

Who May Contact You

In addition to Zuvlio, you may receive communications from:

  • Lenders in our network: If your request is shared with lenders, they may contact you about loan offers.
  • Marketing partners: With your consent, we may share your information with marketing partners who offer financial products and services.

Your Consent

When you submit a request and check the consent boxes, you are providing express consent to receive marketing communications. This consent includes:

  • Receiving emails about offers and services
  • Receiving phone calls at the number you provided, including calls made with automated technology
  • Receiving text messages at the number you provided

Consent is not required to use our service. If you do not wish to receive marketing communications, you can uncheck the marketing consent box during application or opt out at any time after.

How to Opt Out

You have the right to opt out of marketing communications at any time:

Phone/Text Opt-Out

  • Reply STOP: Reply "STOP" to any text message to unsubscribe from texts
  • Tell the Caller: Ask to be removed from the call list during any call
  • Contact Us: Email support@zuvlio.com to request removal from call/text lists

Partner Communications

If you receive communications from our partners, you'll need to opt out directly with each partner. Their contact information should be included in their communications.

Important Notes

  • Processing Time: Opt-out requests may take up to 10 business days to process for email and up to 30 days for phone/text.
  • Transactional Messages: Opting out of marketing does not affect transactional or service-related communications about your account or requests.
  • Prior Sharing: If your information was shared with partners before your opt-out, you may continue to receive communications from them until you opt out directly with them.
  • Lender Communications: Communications from lenders about a loan you've applied for or accepted are separate from our marketing and may need to be managed directly with the lender.
