About Zuvlio
What is Zuvlio?
Zuvlio is an online platform that connects consumers seeking cash advances with a network of third-party lenders. We are not a lender ourselves—we operate a matching service that shares your request with lenders who may be able to help.
Is Zuvlio a lender?
No. Zuvlio is not a lender and does not make loans. We do not make credit decisions or determine whether you qualify for a loan. All lending decisions are made by the third-party lenders in our network.
How does Zuvlio make money?
When a consumer submits a request and is matched with a lender in our network, we may receive compensation from that lender. This does not cost you anything extra—there are no fees to use our service. The compensation we receive does not affect any loan terms offered to you.
Eligibility
What are the basic requirements to submit a request?
Generally, to submit a request through Zuvlio, you should:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Be a legal resident of the United States
- Have a source of regular income
- Have a valid email address and phone number
- Have an active bank account
Note: Meeting these requirements does not guarantee you will receive a loan offer. Each lender has their own specific criteria.
Is this service available in my state?
We accept requests from consumers in all US states. However, not all lenders in our network operate in every state. Whether you receive offers may depend on your state of residence and the lenders available in your area.
Do I need good credit?
Credit requirements vary by lender. Some lenders in our network may work with consumers who have less-than-perfect credit, while others may have stricter requirements. We cannot predict which lenders will make you an offer or what terms they may offer.
The Process
How does the process work?
The process is straightforward:
- You complete our online form with your information
- Your request is shared with lenders in our network
- Lenders review your request based on their criteria
- If a lender is interested, they contact you with potential terms
- You review any offers and decide whether to accept
Will I definitely receive a loan offer?
No. Submitting a request does not guarantee you will receive an offer. Whether you receive an offer depends on many factors including your state, income, credit history, and individual lender criteria. These factors are outside of our control.
How long does the process take?
The time varies. Some consumers may hear from lenders quickly (within minutes or hours), while others may take longer or may not receive any responses. We cannot guarantee any specific timeline.
How much can I request?
You can request amounts between $100 and $5,000 through our form. However, the actual loan amount you may be offered depends on the lender and their assessment of your request. Offered amounts may be different from what you requested.
Rates and Fees
What are the interest rates?
Interest rates are set by individual lenders, not by Zuvlio. Rates vary widely based on factors including your state, the loan amount, loan term, and your individual credit profile. Short-term loans often have higher APRs than traditional loans. If you receive an offer, the lender is required to disclose the APR before you accept.
Are there fees to use Zuvlio?
No. Zuvlio does not charge consumers any fees to submit a request or use our service. However, if you accept a loan from a lender, that lender may charge origination fees, late fees, or other charges. Review any loan offer carefully for fee information.
Where can I find more information about rates?
Visit our Rates & Fees page for more detailed information about how rates and fees work with loans from our network lenders.
Privacy and Security
Is my information secure?
We use industry-standard security measures including encryption to protect your personal information. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. See our Privacy Policy for more details.
Who sees my information?
When you submit a request, your information is shared with lenders in our network who may review your request. We may also share information with service providers who help us operate our business. See our Privacy Policy for complete details on how we share information.
Can I opt out of marketing communications?
Yes. You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email, or by visiting our Unsubscribe page. For broader privacy rights including opting out of data sharing, see our Do Not Sell My Personal Information page.
Why do you ask for the last 4 digits of my SSN?
Lenders use this information to help verify your identity. We only collect the last 4 digits at the initial request stage—we never ask for your full Social Security Number.
After Submitting
What happens after I submit my request?
After you submit, your information is shared with lenders in our network. If a lender is interested in potentially working with you, they will contact you directly via email or phone with possible terms. You are under no obligation to accept any offer.
I received an offer. What should I do?
Carefully review all the terms including the loan amount, interest rate (APR), fees, repayment schedule, and total cost of the loan. Make sure you understand your obligations before accepting. If anything is unclear, contact the lender directly to ask questions.
Am I obligated to accept an offer?
No. You are under no obligation to accept any loan offer you receive. Take your time to review terms and only proceed if the loan makes sense for your situation.
I have a question about a loan I received. Who should I contact?
If you have questions about a loan offer or an existing loan, contact the lender directly. Since we are not the lender, we cannot answer questions about specific loan terms or assist with loan servicing.
